Setup Instructions
The meeting setup process is very simple, it needs to be repeated just once you setup your meeting (each Quarter) and it takes 2 min. However, once you set up a meeting, the only way to change a basic element like the recurrent date or the participants it is by re-creating the meeting. Please follow the short process for each team or meeting forum you want to open.
To start with: Make sure you have enabled your Excel software to open Macro enabled worksheets. Go to Excel>tools>Macro>security>medium or low security is fine. Assuming that you have already purchased your license.
1. Click the "Start meeting setup" to set up your first meeting sequence.
2. Key in your license number and click enter.
3. Now you have entered to your meeting setup page; see Screen shot1
4. Fill up the fields according to the order:
a. Select participants; name>enter etc.
b. Select the sequence of your meetings according to the fields; weekly meetings; every two weeks; or once a month. Continue by setting the day of the week, the quarter and the year.
c. Select the meeting forum (Management; Marketing team; or write your own team title; The software will add the words: "Meeting Summary" to your meeting title.
d. Click the download button.
e. Wait to see "File download" box.-click "open" after the approval of using macro.
f. Another box will open to prompt you to "please select a logo" –if you prepared a company logo, choose it using this window, if you don’t have a logo "click cancel"
g. The software will now produce your excel meeting worksheet, please wait patiently for a minute.
h. That’s it now you have an excel Meeting Worksheet for your specific team/meeting…see Screen shot
