With this Teameeting excel add-in you will have a succinct meeting summary that you can save, print or send. You will have a system that will "force" you, your meeting partners or the whole team to follow up on all the decisions you made.
Once you purchased your license- come back to this page before you click the "Meeting set up page" and follow these simple but important directions.
Prepare the following:
- Save a company logo in a Jpeg/gif format (not a must)
- Make sure you know your meeting name/title (Management meeting, Marketing or others…)
- Make sure you know who are the members of this meeting, including the spelling of their names (first names, last names or both).
- Make sure you know the recurrence and the day of the meeting (example: Each week on Monday, every other week on Monday starting the (first or second week of the quarter, or a monthly meeting…)
- Please follow this procedure to make sure your internet explorer has file downloading enabled:
1. Go to tools->internet options
2. Click the "security" tab
3. Select the "internet zone" and click "custom level"
4. Find the "downloads" section in the security settings there
